Mr JP Kassis

JEAN-PAUL KASSIS, Eng. , M.Sc. , PMP.

Managing Director

Mr. Kassis is a Civil Engineer with 27 years of experience in Project Management, having worked across Algeria, Nigeria, Lebanon, Ivory Coast, and Cameroon. His extensive experience spans collaborations with Canadian, Korean, German, and Lebanese companies. Mr. Kassis excels in directing project activities from concept to final completion, including feasibility studies, design, construction, consulting, and comprehensive project management.

His hands-on approach encompasses design and construction management, communications management, contract and procurement management, value engineering, risk management, team building, and leadership. He is certified in FIDIC (2005), International Arbitration by the International Chamber of Commerce (2013), and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (2020).

NOLA ADEBO, Eng. , M.Sc.

Vice-President Project Management

Mrs Nola Adebo, with over 30 years of experience, has been a pivotal figure in the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects. A graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Nola has built a distinguished career characterized by excellence and dedication. Certified in OSHA, LEED, and PMP, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in managing all phases of the project lifecycle with exceptional skill.

Throughout her career, Mrs Nola has collaborated closely with major developers, design professionals, and contractors on a variety of large-scale projects, overseeing every phase from concept to completion. Her ability to manage multiple project schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety has earned her a stellar reputation in the industry.

Mrs Nola has also assisted organizations with the budgeting and installation of FF&E, ensuring seamless integration into project plans. Additionally, she has led the development of organizational masterplans across multiple projects, coordinating all aspects from programming and design to bidding and construction. Nola Adebo's unwavering commitment to excellence and her extensive experience make her an invaluable asset, ensuring the success of every project she undertakes.

GEORGES KHAYAT, ARCHITECT.

Vice-President Architecture and Buildings

Mr Georges Khayat distinguished French-Lebanese architect with a rich educational and professional background. Graduating from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in 1984, he has since established a prominent career in architecture and urban planning. As a professor at ALBA, he has imparted his knowledge and expertise to numerous students and served as the Director of the School of Architecture from 2011 to 2016. His commitment to the field is further evidenced by his membership in the Beirut Engineers & Architects Order, where he holds membership number 19446.

Mr Georges Khayat has an extensive portfolio, having designed, managed, and executed several major architecture and urban planning projects both in Lebanon and internationally. His work spans various fields, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge. In addition to his hands-on project work, he provides consultancy services, offering his expertise as an advisor to both governmental and non-governmental organizations. His contributions to the field extend beyond professional practice; he has also organized numerous cultural events and supervised workshops in Lebanon and abroad, focusing on urban projects and sustainable architecture themes.

His areas of specialty include residential buildings, schools and educational facilities, and public buildings. Notably, he has been involved in public building projects primarily in Algeria since 2003, where his work continues to make a significant impact.

GÉRARD LAGANIÈRE, Eng. , M.Sc.

Vice-President Infrastructure

Mr Gérard Laganière, an engineer and graduate of the University of Sherbrooke. He has over 45 years of experience in engineering and construction project development and management globally. Recognized for his expertise, he has received numerous awards, including the Grand Bâtisseur Industriel de l’Estrie (1996) and Bâtisseurs de l’Université de Sherbrooke (2004).

Currently, he oversees strategic project development and management, focusing on international projects. He has led major projects in countries such as Algeria, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Chile, Senegal, Mexico, China, and Morocco. In Quebec, he has managed significant infrastructure projects in energy and transport sectors.

Mr Gérard Laganière has also been active in technical associations, including serving as president of the Canada-Quebec National Committee of the World Road Association and the Transport Research and Development Council of Quebec. He is a member of several professional organizations and has authored numerous publications on technical, administrative, and scientific writing.

DIB KHANAFER, M.Sc Finance.

Vice President of Finance

Mr. Dib Khanafer is a distinguished Canadian national with an extensive career spanning several decades. A graduate of Polytechnique Montréal in 2004 with a degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Khanafer’s expertise extends beyond engineering to include finance and business management, making him a highly versatile leader.

As the head of Miracle 110, Mr. Khanafer has exhibited remarkable leadership and strategic foresight, driving the company's growth and earning widespread recognition. His extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning equips him with the skills necessary for the role of Vice President of Finance in a large-scale organization. He excels in overseeing complex financial operations, implementing effective financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company.

Mr. Khanafer’s commitment to excellence and community service has been recognized with the prestigious Bourassa Member of Parliament Medal. This accolade highlights his dedication to making a significant impact both within the corporate world and in his community. His balance of professional success with social responsibility underscores his exceptional ability to lead and inspire.
