Clients & Project Management Division

The Project Management Division is central to our approach, uniting a diverse team of project managers, resource coordinators, risk managers, and client relationship specialists. Our professionals are highly qualified, holding advanced degrees in project management, business administration, or engineering, and are certified with industry-recognized credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), and PMI-RMP (Project Management Institute - Risk Management Professional).

We excel in orchestrating all facets of a project, bringing together designers, contractors, suppliers, workers, and all necessary personnel. Utilizing state-of-the-art project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet, we meticulously plan, schedule, and track every aspect of the project. Our collaboration tools, including Asana and Trello, ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Our expertise in risk management, supported by tools such as Palisade @RISK, allows us to anticipate and address potential issues before they impact the project. Financial oversight is managed with precision using QuickBooks and SAP, ensuring that the project stays within budget while delivering the desired outcomes.

By integrating advanced technology with extensive experience, we coordinate all elements of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our division acts as the central hub, harmonizing the efforts of all parties involved and ensuring that every aspect of the construction process aligns with the client’s objectives.
